Horseshoe Valley Bike Fest Information

If you’ve ever said, “One day I’ll try Horseshoe Bike Park,” this is that day, No Excuses!

Horseshoe Bike Park can feel intimidating the first time, so we’ve built two friendly intro to intermediate sessions to ease you in and get you smiling on every lap. Both are led by certified RADCO instructors who ride Horseshoe every week and know exactly how to make your first park experience fun, safe, and confident‑building. Worried about price? The combo of reduced coaching plus a reduced park pass makes this the most affordable way to try lift access riding at Horseshoe. ONLY 5 spots per time slot, don't wait

Taste of the Park

It’s perfect if you’ve always wanted to try the park but never pulled the trigger.

Who is it for? Riders 10+ that have never been or very limited times at Horseshoe.

Expectations:

  • A relaxed warmup, bike, skills check so you feel dialed in before hitting the lift.

  • Coaching on body position, braking, cornering, and speed control on green and blue trails.

  • Line‑by‑line guidance down mellow flow trails, with options to roll or bypass every feature.

  • Tips on reading the trail so you can keep riding confidently after the session ends.

You’ll leave with more control, more flow, and the stoke to keep riding the park on your own.

Next Level Jumping

Already comfortable on the trails and want to get your wheels off the ground more? This session is for riders ready to take their jumping to the next level.

Who is it for? Riders 10+ familiar with the trails at Horseshoe, want to hit jumps more confidently and consistantly.

Expectations:

  • A focused skills area warm‑up covering pumping, preload, and safe takeoff and landing mechanics.

  • Progression from small rollers and tabletops to slightly larger jumps at your pace, with no pressure to hit anything you don’t feel ready for.

  • Drops to the scary gap jumps

  • Personalized feedback each run so you can correct habits and build solid, repeatable technique.

  • Clear take‑home drills you can keep practicing on future park days.

  • All jumping will occur in skills park, not on the trails.

The goal is smooth, controlled airtime—not sketchy sends—so you walk away more confident than when you rolled in.
