Cancellation Policy

RADCO Professional MTB Instruction understands that things come up and life gets crazy. Our cancellation policy is to ensure that our customers feel that they were treated fairly and have the ability to reschedule if need be. Cancellations for any reason can be rescheduled if the participant has given a minimum of 48 hours’ notice via email at radcomtb@gmail.com.

This policy applies only to RADCO only events. Any collaborative events with other organizations are excluded from this policy. For cancellation policies related to collaborative events, please email us for specific details.

Due to safety reasons, riders participating in a lesson or a clinic without the required equipment in good, working order may be denied from participating in the experience at the sole discretion of the RADCO MTB Professional Instructors. It is the participants responsibility to ensure that their equipment is in good working condition prior to the experience.
