  1. What gear and equipment do I need to participate in the experiences provided by Radco MTB? Check out our gear page, it lists all required and suggested gear and equipment you should need to make your experience a great one.
  2. If I need to purchase equipment or have my bike tuned, what do you suggest? There are many great local bike shops that can assist you. We are proud to list a couple of our corporate partners:
  3. How old do you need to be to participate? We have children's programming starting at age 7, so any age above that we can find the right riding experience for you!
  4. What if I am late to a lesson or clinic? Experiences start promptly at the scheduled time, due to the nature of the terrain we are riding on, it would be unlikely that you would be able to join the rest of the group. We request that you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled experience.
  5. What about inclement weather? The rider's safety is our utmost priority, that being said the coaches will determine whether the weather is appropriate to ride in. If it is raining, we RIDE! If it is lightening and thundering, we will either pause the ride or reschedule.
  6. If I am sick, can I reschedule our experience? Yes! See our cancellation policy for more information.
  7. Can I gift one of the experiences to a loved one? Yes! We offer gift certificates that you can purchase to give the gift of an amazing experience to your loved one!
  8. Do you rent bikes? We do not rent out bikes, however, if you sign up for a Joyride 150 session we will arrange for one for you at a discounted rate. Make sure to add it to you shopping cart.
